PRIVATE PARTIES AT THE VINE
RESERVATION REQUIREMENT: We are happy to have you reserve the back room at the Endless Vine for an occasion with your family and friends. Reserving the back room requires a minimum beverage purchase of $300 (or total payment of $300, if the beverage purchase falls below the minimum) plus 20% gratuity on the (pre-tax) total bill.
- You may 1) purchase beverages at the bar by the glass or you may 2) purchase wine by the bottle, for a charge of $10 per bottle above our retail-store price.
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: A deposit of $100 is required upon reservation. In the event that you must cancel your event, your deposit will be refunded in full if you cancel within 2 weeks of the event. Fifty-percent of your deposit will be refunded if you cancel within one week. If not, the full deposit will be retained.
FOOD: All beverages that you consume upon our premises must be purchased at the Endless Vine on the day of your event. You may bring your own food and serve it during your function. The Endless Vine will provide a serving table for the food and glasses for the beverages. You need to provide your own plates, utensils and napkins.
DECORATIONS: You must receive permission from us before affixing any decorations to the walls, ceiling, floors or furniture. No candles, sparklers, or other items posing a fire-hazard may be used.
EXCLUSIVE USE: Although you and your guests will have exclusive use of the back room, patrons of the Endless Vine must be allowed to pass through the room to have access to cellar in back.
MAXIMUM GUESTS: The maximum number of guests allowed in the backroom is 40. The number of guests must be confirmed one week prior to the event.
EXEMPTIONS: Any exemptions to this policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
