A blend of 95% Prosecco and 5% Chardonnay. The first fermentation takes place after a brief maceration, which enhances the typically tropical aromas of the fruit. During the second fermentation, which takes place in large containers, these intensely fruity aromas continue to develop. Crystal clear with a hearty white foam and fine perlage. Fresh fragrant aromas and a delicately soft and harmonious taste are the hallmarks of this quintessential aperitif wine.
